At Honza Gallery, we take great care in preparing and delivering each piece. Because our products include furniture, décor, and handcrafted stone items, shipping times and methods may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and product type.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
For made-to-order, bespoke, or custom items, processing times may be longer. In such cases, the estimated lead time will be shown on the product page or shared with you directly after purchase.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination:

Spain: 3–7 business days for in-stock items

Europe: 5–14 business days for in-stock items

International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
These delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, or high-demand periods.
Furniture and Large Items
Large furniture pieces may require specialized delivery services. Delivery times for these items may be longer than standard parcel shipping.
For oversized, fragile, or high-value products, we may contact you after purchase to confirm delivery details, access requirements, or scheduling.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available. In some cases, especially for large furniture, custom pieces, or certain international destinations, shipping costs may be confirmed after the order is placed.
If an additional shipping charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Honza Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Honza Gallery is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you need to change your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Some specialized furniture deliveries may not include standard tracking updates but may be arranged directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances outside our control. Honza Gallery is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other external factors.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or non-payment of customs duties, any return shipping fees, storage fees, or re-delivery charges may be deducted from the refund.
